The East Haven Sea Dogs are a youth baseball team that plays in the Penobscot Bay Pee Wee Baseball League. The team was founded in 1938.
The Sea Dogs play an annual game across their cross-town rivals, the West Haven Cutters.
A jacket bearing the team's logo led Boston detective Tommy Bowen to Haven in pursuit of a serial killer.
Chris Brody wore his Sea Dogs jersey twice from when he was coaching team, and during his vacation at the time the Troubles ended in Haven.
