Frank Bentley was a resident of Haven, Maine. He was severely hydrophobic.
Background[]
He was a patient of Claire Callahan due to his hydrophobia. So Claire sent him to Daphne to work in a pool to help overcome his fear. When Daphne doesn't show up for work one day, Alice Hargrove takes Frank on in her place. She tries to talk him to come into the water, but Frank refuses. Then Alice is suddenly pulled under and Franks witnesses her death. He later dies at home in the shower standing up, apparently drowned due to Daphne's trouble.
