Joe Sena is one the first people to be troubled by Duke Crocker, and was at the Grey Gull at the time he was troubled. He is the father of Julia Sena and Alex Sena.
Background[]
Watching a man explode after being touched was the traumatic event that triggered Joe's new Trouble, and he became worried for his children; as a result, Alex, a police officer, was trapped inside a room in Haven P.D., while Julia was trapped inside a damaged boat while on a school field trip.
Audrey Parker eventually managed to talk him down, and Julia and Alex were both rescued. However, shortly afterward, Joe was hunted by Croatoan. The terror activated Joe's Trouble tenfold, and he created a wall of fog around all of Haven in which nothing could enter and nothing could leave, save for Duke, who is immune to the Troubles he gives out. Joe was then killed by Croatoan, and the fog wall stayed with little chance of ever coming down now that Joe was gone.
