Lance is a resident of Haven, Maine, and a member of the Guard.
Background[]
He was in charge of escorting Ginger Danvers, a Troubled girl who could force people to do things by telling them to, to Haven, in order to use her as leverage against Audrey Parker should she refuse to enter The Barn. Ginger escaped, however, and Lance was forced into hiding in the Gun & Rose Diner with Jordan McKee, as Haven P.D. was now searching for him.
Lance managed to recapture Ginger briefly, until she told him she "hated his guts". Her Trouble affected him, and, repeating that he hated his guts, he eviscerated himself in front of Jordan.
