Mr. Barrow is the father of Colette Barrow and the grandfather of Henry Barrow.

His family was rich growing up and he had private sailing lesson. Then one day, the lessons stopped. When he tried to find out why, his family trouble activated and sutured people's faces over so they couldn't tell him that his family didn't have anymore money and he didn't want to hear it.
Season 5[]
In Speak No Evil, his daughter Colette brings Dwight to speak to him about the family trouble. He rambles on about the past and tells Dwight that no one can tell a Barrow bad news due to their trouble.
