Raymond is a former resident of California, and a current resident of Haven, Maine.
Background[]
A Troubled man, Ray was approached by Grady Moore about relocating to Haven, and traveled to Maine to meet with Moore at the Kitchener Mill on Route 17. The meeting was broken up by an undercover police officer, however, and Ray fled.
While living in Haven, he worked at a fishing dock and went by the name of "Mike." He was approached nearly a month later by Dwight Hendrickson and Jordan McKee, who were searching for Grady.
