'Tobias Bain is an associate of Ezra Colbert.
Background[]
On 23 September 2010, he and Colbert joined Audrey Parker, Duke Crocker, and Julia Carr for a poker game aboard the Cape Rouge, and subsequently hijacked the boat along with Colbert and took Crocker, Carr, and Parker hostage. Using his partner's abilities they soon find the package hidden on board Duke's boat. Audrey and Duke break free and are able to notify the authorities and take back control of the Cape Rouge. Blaine and Colbert are then arrested.
