Tristram Carver was an 18th Century immigrant who came to America as an indentured servant, living in Haven, Maine.
Background[]
Whether Carver possessed any supernatural abilities is unclear, but while he lived in Haven he came to hate the town so furiously that when he constructed a children's puzzle board, he wound up building a device capable of destroying buildings in the town.
His descendants married into the families of the Elliots, the Robbins, and the Haskells.
