Van Richards (d. August 2010) was the captain of the Endorfin fishing boat, and a resident of Haven, Maine.
Background[]
He was a business man who wanted to buy the Haven Marina and tried to collect all the money owed to him. This is when he noticed Vickie's abilty with drawings. He began using the drawings to his own means. On 19 August 2010, he reported the bizarre death of Eliot Wallace aboard his boat.
He drowned on dry land when the sketch that Vickie drew of him fell into the water.
His name was later found on a list under the heading "Citizens killed by the cursed" that was discovered by Duke Crocker in the office of Ed Driscoll.
